ARTIST BIO

From humble beginnings as a dedicated solo songwriter, J’s Tonic, made his mark on the London Indie scene from 2006 to 2019 as the lead singer, writer, and guitarist of the raw rock 4-piece band We Are Falcon. With intimate, poetic lyrics woven through anthemic rock melodies, the band supported artists Steve Craddock at Brixton Jamm, headlined venues such as Cargo and Water Rats, and became finalists in the Theatre’s Battle of the Bands, garnering a quarter of a million listeners for their track "Second Go" featured in FHM’s monthly YouTube hype video - drawing comparisons to Talking Heads and Kings of Leon. J’s Tonic continued his journey with the East London trio Hotmess, showcasing a knack for crafting soulful, impactful songs. Recently, a desire to return to his intimate singer-songwriter has prompted J’s Tonic to focus on solo writing and performances with his latest work echoing the styles of Father Johny, Jack Johnson, Lou Reed, Fleetwood Mac, and Nick Mulvey.
